1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Brian Memory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Brian is
Brian Memory is a persistent memory layer for Claude, provided via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It stores, retrieves, and organises information from your Claude conversations so context carries across sessions and devices.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. One account per person.
4. Your data
You own the content you store in Brian. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your memories, documents, or other data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Brian to store or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Use the service in any way that could harm its availability for others
6. Service availability
Brian Memory is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brian Memory and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Brian after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
